Hi, I’m Tom, a Chicago-based Pixel Artist & Comic Colorist with a wide background in game development, comics and graphic art. I’m inspired by sci-fi movies, games and books, which has led me to my current self-publishing project, Below Earth.

Below Earth is a fantasy exploration of lost civilizations, millions of years old, deep beneath the Earth’s surface.

My main devices used to make my art is sketchbook, then Procreate on iPad, and then Photohop on desktop to scale up my work so it’s printable on 300 dpi (or larger) paper/media. I do not use any gen AI in my work, I think it’s useless for me. I rely on “hand crafted” pixel art, so every pixel, every color is my decision.
